About Me

Lu, Hong (Lewis) recieved B.Eng. in Computer Engineering from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing, China in 2019, supervised by Dr. Bryce Zhai. He was admitted to Cornell University, New York, United States, majoring in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Due to CoronaVirus breakout, he worked at the IUSL in Westlake Institute for Advanced Study, Hangzhou, China, lead by Principal Investigator Dr. Shiyu Zhao.

Currently, he is pursuing MSc Robotics at The University of Sheffield, UK starting from Oct.2020.

Right now, he is focusing on the sequential (convex) optimization for motion planning as the Dissertation topic, tutored by Dr. Paul Trodden.
